Sautéing/Pan-Searing
Great for a quick, flavorful meal. Sauté in a hot pan with oil, garlic, and herbs for 2-4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Butterfly and devein the prawns, then pat thoroughly dry.
Deep-fry in medium-high heat oil until the shell is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
Sauté minced garlic and chili in a pan until fragrant.
